HeartLine 100 club Lottery

Would you like to help HeartLine raise funds and at the same time have the chance of receiving a monthly cash prize?.

An invitation to join the 100 Club

The HeartLine 100 Club is a private lottery and is open to all parents and friends of HeartLine Association. You do not have to be a registered member of HeartLine, anyone age 16 or over can join.

Each month:

  • There is a draw for 50% of the fund.
  • This amount is divided between 2 lucky winners
  • 60% to the 1st drawn
  • 40% to the 2nd drawn

The fund is made up as follows :

  • Each member buys a £2 subscription per month
  • For example, if we have 100 members the fund for that month will be £200
  • 50% will be used as prize money e.g. £100
  • The 1st prize will be £60
  • The 2nd prize will be £40
  • You may buy more than one subscription per month
  • Payment is made by Standing Order monthly or annually. Cheques are no longer accepted.

100 Club Rules and regulations

  • 1. The subscription to the 100 Club shall be £24 per year per membership payable in advance Standing Order monthly or annually.
  • 2. Members may have and are encouraged to have multiple subscriptions.
  • 3. Anybody can become a member of the 100 Club, it is not restricted to HeartLine Association members only and you are encouraged to get family and friends to join.
  • 4. The 100 Club shall not be limited to 100 members.
  • 5. A member is eligible for inclusion in the draw for any month so long as the subscription for that month has been paid.
  • 6. Each member is allocated a permanent number in the monthly draw. This number shall remain the member’s provided their subscription is up to date.
  • 7. There shall be one prize draw per month.
  • 8. The draw for each month shall be made as close to the end of each month as arrangements reasonably allow.
  • 9 . The draws will be made at the HeartLine Association Head Office in Camberley in the presence of three independent witnesses.
  • 10. The decision of the HeartLine Association committee shall be final in all matters requiring adjudication. The HeartLine Association committee shall also have the power to amend or revoke these rules at their absolute discretion with such reasonable notice to the 100 Club members as is necessary.
  • 11. Monthly prizes will be awarded according to membership of the 100 Club for that month as follows:
  • 12. 50% of the month’s net payments shall make up the prize fund
  • 13. 60% of the prize fund shall make up the first prize
  • 14. 40% of the prize fund shall make up the second prize
  • 15. The remaining 50% of the net payments will be allocated to the HeartLine Association fundraising account
  • 16. The allocation of numbers and draw results will be posted on the HeartLine Association website.
  • 17. The 100 Club administrators will make all reasonable efforts to pay or post prizes to the winners within two weeks of the draw.
